in terms of education level and otherwise, we have already recruited 30,000. which is half of our requirement. it is already done. so there is still, there are people -- and the economy changes, could impact us? yes. but right now, i feel like it is not impacting our recruiting or a quality. it has not operationally contacted us. and hopefully that will continue. >> general, you have been in the job for a little over a year now. we have three more years ago. i know that much of the decade before you took this job, you are not in the middle of the night waking up and saying what would i do if i were the chief? i'm sure you had other things on your their mind. what has surprised you the most? >> well, i think one of the things i got a feel for was making some pretty significant decisions. it is not quite the same in washington.
